OWNING SHARES IN VITAE LONDON
As you may have seen already, we were one of 24 companies selected from 1800+ applicants to receive an investment of $100k in exchange for a 5% equity stake by the disruptive VC firm Backstage Capital. In light of this investment and our plans going forward, we’re opening up and offering a small number of people from the general public the opportunity to invest in Vitae London.
WHY?
We’ve made it this far as a business purely because of our community – the amazing Vitae family who shout out about the work we’re doing and the products we’re releasing to the world. Having raised investment already we want to ensure that our community can benefit from our development and earn a return should we succeed going forward! We also want to cultivate a more community-led company so we’ll ensure our investors can vote on future projects, get early access to events/products and vote on our future releases.
HOW?
We’ll be using a platform called Seedrs, which easily allows you to invest the amount you wish. They also help to facilitate the official documents enabling you to become a legal, ordinary shareholder when the round closes. You’ll receive regular updates and engage with us through our portals and through Seedrs. To invest, you simply choose the amount and securely pay for your investment by debit card or bank transfer.
WHEN?
We’re hoping to go live with this initiative in June 2019 for a short window of time, mirroring the terms of our other investors.
